This was a goofy idea I thought of What I wanted to focus on was the bullet I had some trouble making the motion blur look the way I wanted to There was no way to apply a motion blur to just half of a bullet I then opted to compose the bullet out of 3 layers with some blurs on top of the actual bullet I also had to apply some layer masks to the blurs so only the back of the blur was shown

This is a photo I took with my best friend during Winter Break last year I didn't know she was doing this when I was taking the picture I laughed so hard First I applied a radial motion blur to the image which made it look like she was in mid action I then used the Eclipse Free Select tool and drew a border around her so that I could only apply what I was going to do next to her I then went to the Artistic option and used Soft Glow I did this twice so she looked kind of like a ghost trying to attack me from behind I then applied a regular blur again to the image before I was satisfied with results
