Least but not the last of my vacation in Oaxaca was a promise to travel the big hidden mountain of spiritual awakening was to a place called 'Juquilla' I have only dreamed of seeing such an inocent comfort of belief in the strength and powerful love thru jesus christ and the beautiful godess Juquilla's blessings to those who visit at least three times they shall be blessed thru the true reason for the cross was discovered to me by the great struggle and fears i felt we endured from the drive up the great mountain this day i shall always remember

The current President of FEATI University Jesus Adolfo Gopez was called a laughing stuff in this University because he can't make the school regain its popularity in the mid 50's and 60's Dr Gopez always laugh the students and graduates of FEATI instead of identifying the weaknesses and make a solution to the problem He told Mahihinang klase ang mga graduates ng FEATI unlike in UP where he graduated He always stress in his speech that he will make FEATI like UP in Quiapo On his term Dr Gopez was the first President who created a hidden organizational chart that never been used in the Philippines school for the sake of his barkadas in high school and friends For example of his hidden organizational chart there was a VP for Academic Affairs Deputy VP Asst to the VP and Executive VP since the enrollment in this University was around 800 students in a year and decreases by 60 for every year Like Mr Cesar Domingo (former classmate of Dr Gopez in the Philippine Science Highschool) who is the current Deputy VP Department Head of Business Administration and Asst to the VP (so many positions he handled) But if you noticed Mr Domingo is a graduate of Industrial Engineer There were many positions in FEATI that you only heard in the administration of Dr Gopez like Dean Emeritus Deputy VP Assistant to VP and many more For example Arch Joycelyn Mananghaya (a friend of Dr Gopez) Dean of Architecture come to FEATI University ten times a month She was very unkind to the Architecture students and her colleagues She was among the highest paid salary The administration spends money for his friends but there were no development in the school not even to increase the population of FEATI by 10 This is the main reason why FEATI will collapse two years from now Dr Gopez published good things about themselves in FEATI websites They give awards for themselves The FEATI University community embarrassed of these strategies especially the alumni who have been in the University for more than 30 years The boosting of calling an engineer like Mr Bernard Letrero (dismissed in Central College of the Philippines because of making money to his students) and a gay IE faculty Mr Cesar Domingo and Ms Jovy Factor who were graduates of IE and Computer Engineering were using in their memos the word engineer and demanding to be called an engineer even they dont hold a license permit from the PRC It is also understood that once a student finished his course in engineering can also be called an engineer beside Mr Gabriel Intengan was addressed in FEATI website as an engineer even though he didnt passed his licensure examination in mechanical engineering Aside from that the President is addicted to liquor since he himself has a big stomach when he assumed the Presidency of FEATI University compared to the position he handled in FEATI as a Director of Research He was not a model to the youth since he has many wives He allowed them to enter in the campus and used his authority This was spreading to the learners and youth inside the University The President should be the model and clean to the eye of the youth Dr Gopez claiming that he was a former classmate of the President of MIT Mr Reynaldo Vea He spread to his colleagues that Mr Reynaldo Vea has many failed subjects in UP He wanted that he was intelligent rather than him since he was claiming he was once a magna cum laude of UPDr Gopez allowed only using the elevator for them but if you noticed this is a part of tuition fees of the students This is the only school under the administration of Dr Gopez that the students and faculty were not allowed to use elevators There were no questions about his educational attainment because he always boosting his achievements once he has a speech in the University and telling to the creditors of the University The output of his residency in FEATI tells that there is a constant decreasing in the number of student population and the University doesnt gained profit The management styles immaturity personal life and misbehavior were reasons he was not acting as a model President of the University The University should look also the College of Engineering since there were many department head position created since there were 150 students enrolled The management should hire a young dean to this college and not as old as Dr Rogelio Panlasigue or Dr Genaro Marzan since the department heads were doing the assignments of the dean The current dean of engineering is not helpful to the college instead they add more problems to the college The Board of Trustees should eliminate the position of department heads and create one coordinator to save the profit of the institution To regain the University respect and increase the population of FEATI Mr Francisco Segovia and Margaret Segovia should observe and participate in the dialogue of students teachers and parents and not relying to Dr Gopez bias statement
