The vehicle mode of this particular Fast Action Battler figure is very well designed compared to the other offerings from this sub-line Although nearly all Fast Action Battlers have some large hinges present in the vehicle mode due to their uncomplicated transformations and larger than average parts the ones on Power Hook Optimus Prime are very cleverly concealed n nOptimus Prime has one set of large exposed hinges in his vehicle mode Unlike most Fast Action Battlers the hinge pieces are toothed and look like they're actually supposed to function as a set of large gears part of the internal mechanism allowing Optimus Prime's arms to swing down to his sides during transformation n nAs you can see in vehicle mode these parts are disguised as Prime's smokestacks I only wish the caps placed over the pieces had been molded in gray plastic instead of blue the gray would have reinforced the smokestack look of the disguised gears

april 22 2009ni can't even being to think what a morning without coffee would be like ahhh i'd be so lost as far as the book goes one of my closest friends bought me that book the author is the lead singer in the band strata but also writes poetry :) sobeing the amazing friend that he is my buddy bill not only bought the book before it was sold in stores but also had my name placed in the thank you's at the end i wanted to blow right through that book read the whole thing in an hour but instead i told myself a little delayed gratification never hurt anyone and patience is a good thing to practice so i only read about a poem a month savor this book it really is good i enjoy it every time i pick it up it also inspired me to pick up my writing once again if i could go back in time i'd like to revisit my english class and actually put some effort into at least one piece i wrote cuz you see i write just fine when it's in my journal where only i can see itbut ask me to write something for a class of people i freeze i miss my english class actually being told to readwrite but you can't go back so i'll have to do it on my own

to the development of your teen if you base the penalty on a natural connection between his action and the punishment A good way of showing the consequences to his action in this instance would be actions and credit himself where he feels the praise has merit n nHere is an example with evaluating praise: n nTeen: Hey Ma I got a 90 on my geometry test nParent: Fantastic You are a genius nTeen: (Thinking) I wish I only got it 'cause Paul helped me study He is the genius n nHere is an example with descriptive praise: n nTeen: Hey Ma I got a 90 on my geometry test nParent: You must be so pleased You did a lot of studying for that test nTeen: (Thinking) I can really do geometry when I work at it n nDescribing your teens action rather then evaluating them with an easy good or great or labeling them with slow learner or scatterbrain isn't easy to do at first because we are all unaccustomed to doing that However wow power levelingonce you get into the habit of looking carefully at your teen's action and putting into words what you see you will do it more and more easily and with growing pleasure n nAdolescents need the kind of emotional nourishment that will help them become independent creative thinkers and doers wow power levelingwho aren't looking to others for approval all the time With this sort of praise teens will trust themselves and they wont need everybody else's opinion to tell them how they are doing n nAnother challenging problem concerns when and how we criticize our teens Instead of pointing out what's wrong with your teens actions wow power One of my tributes to the lovely ladies of the Star Trek franchise I was originally going to trace these images for a t-shirt design contest but that didn't work out so hotand I'm not sure whether they would be accepted into the contest anyway for copyright reasons So I wound up just cuttingpasting and Paint-coloring the ideas for fun The Trek character photos came mostly from the ST Wiki (Memory Alpha) a few from Google image searches The outlines of the Disney Princesses and Spice Girls are of course recognizable from an image and photo of each group respectively I wish I could have included some others--namely Troi and Kira as they're primary cast members and seem worthy of being princesses as well Troi in particular is one of the most stereotypically princess-like girls It's just that this is how it worked out matching them up as best I could I guess if you extended the official lineup to include other characters who're technically royaltyKida and Kira are similar namewise and Troi could beEilonwy I 'unno Anyways at first I did Crusher as a mermaid becausewell mermaids are awesome It seemed cool to have one who wasn't a human in a dress or a dressy outfit But then I decided that recoloring gowns was pretty fun so I did that too Tasha Ezri Pulaski Kes Guinan Ro Kasidy Keiko Vash Kai Winn Ishka and any others can bethe noble ladies instead of the full-fledged princesses xD The initial planning and brainstorming for the contest: http:quittikatlivejournalcom61741html
