Please pay no attention to paper on floor and mess on counters had to fly out in a hurry This is a description of our home in Seminole Florida The reason we are selling the home is because our 26 year old daughter is fighting cancer in Maine for the 3rd time and needs help She has a 5year old disabled son our beautiful Grandson that has spina bifida We need to be there for her and this necessitates the sale and relocation In the event someone is interested in seeing it in person my sister lives near there and will be available to show it on her schedule In the event someone wishes to purchase it and we agree on the contingencies of the sale etc I will fly down and take care of the final steps The sale of the mobile home will require the following steps Before the sale is accomplished I will need approval from the Park Manager that you will be taking over the lot rent They will explain the rent to you and give you a copy of the park rules and answer any of your questions The park is very nice and the people are very easy to work with A bill of sale will be presented to you along with the title to the mobile home after we take care of the tasks at the Florida Department of Motor Vehicle Registry such as making sure the taxes are current to cover you transfer of title and application for title in your name and transfer of agreed upon funds I found when we bought the place that the seller and the buyer going thru these steps together at DMV make it much simpler This will put your mind at ease that all bases are covered and will facilitate a smooth clean sale for us both This is as simple as buying a used car in Florida There are no lawyers or title companies required The mobile home is furnished with the following new items and upgrades Refrigerator countertop dishwasher 2 computer desks computer chair 2 televisions 1 wall mounted in bedroom 1 in LR on tv stand queen bed plush couch and love seat microwave double outdoor garden swing with side stands and resin chairs 2 new LG energy saver air conditioners curtains and shades new vertical blinds on sliding glass doors place is freshly painted throughout new vinyl wood appearance traffic master flooring 25 year guarantee from home depot new ceiling fans wlights in LR and BR bathroom has nice showertub and new power flush water saver toilet and new sink and fixtures also has skylight in bathroom many new light fixtures and switch and outlet covers Thank you Chuck and Tonya
