Is this child in danger by its own Parent Take this loading scene and multiply it twice a day for each child times 10 to 15 children a day times five days a week Thats 100 to 150 chances of a serous accident or 400 to 600 chances month We dont do this at any Schools in this City which I know of but this action is approved for at Day Care Centers Im told there's no laws against loading a child in the street so they want investigate My god we don't even do this in a school zone in this town but we can load babies in the street of 30 to 40 mph traffic There are no warring signs no reduced speed sign here nothing to warren traffic that children are being loaded

7am TrafficThis parent is unloading a baby on the traffic side of the street and later she unloads another child from the other side of the car (shown in next video) The timing is Crucial on this one-way two-lane street There is a Red Light about a Block and a half down but it's still risky business on this busy one-way street in the early morning and even worse when these parent return to pick-up these babies There are no warring signs to let motorist know these parents are loading or unloading these children There is no reduced 20 mph limit speed signs like you would see at a school zone for much older children But yet we can put up Animal Deer crossing signs and we over look this Danger Unbelievable

Here's one of many School bus speeding by on its way to a school pick-up route This is one of about 10 to fifteen buses that fly thru here at 35+ mph 5 Days a week both morning and evening and sometime they are coming thru here double breast side by side as though they were in a race They are a ware of the Day Care Center but seen not to care for some reason are have a short memory as to the posable danger There are also many other school buses coming thru here from other cities bring children to visit the town museum just one block down the street

This is a newer tradition (I don't know why or how they came up with it) This is a parade late on Saturday night where people from Barcelona dress up like devils and escape from the depths of hell running through one of the main streets Unfortuantely I don't have a picture of the depths of hell but it was basically a huge arch structure that looks really creepy The devils swing huge sparklers from pitchforks or dragon costumes (designed to look like fire breathing dragons) and run through the street They are followed by drummers and more devils with sparklers These sparklers are huge and look like sticks of dynamite They make huge popping noises and the crowd is sprayed with sparks which left many burns on both the skin and clothing Everyone but children are invited to join
